2025 Writers Guild Awards Daytime Drama Nominees Announced

We’re currently in the middle of awards season, and the Writers Guild of America has announced the nominations for outstanding achievement in screenwriting, television, streaming, news, radio/audio, and promotional writing during the past year. Nominated in the Daytime Drama category this year are Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young & The Restless. (The Bold & The Beautiful did not submit for consideration.)

The nominated writing team for DAYS includes headwriter Ron Carlivati and writers Sonja Alarr, Kirk Doering, Christopher Dunn, Jamey Giddens, David Kreizman, Henry Newman, Ryan Quan, Dave Ryan, and Katherine D. Schock.

The 77th Annual Writers Guild Awards will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles and the Edison Ballroom in New York City.
