He showed his groggy wife, who got up from the hospital bed after being medicated. She went through an egg retrieval procedure.
When David asked Annie to rest, she refused. She stated that she felt she was in heaven while struggling to open her mouth fully. He laughed at the sight of Annie as he recalled good old memories.
