The week of Dec. 23, 2024 may have been a short one with the holiday preemptions, but a lot happened! If you missed anything that happened, our General Hospital weekly recaps will help get you back up to speed in no time!
Laura was happy to have Lucky and Lulu back for the holidays and invited Dante to join them for Christmas but he wasn’t feeling particularly festive. Rocco got a text and then after sending a photo of Lulu and Dante in response, received a call. He passed his phone to Lulu who was overjoyed to hear Charlotte on the other end. Lulu insisted on seeing her and promised not to tell anyone. Dante and Laura both realized Lulu had taken off and Rocco revealed what happened. Lulu boarded the flight to Prague not realizing she was being tailed by Brennan’s assistant, Colette. Lulu met with Charlotte at a cafe and the teen assured her mother that Papa was keeping her safe while they were on the run. While Charlotte was ordering food, Lulu slipped a tracking device in her bag and then saw Valentin glaring at them through the window!
A young woman gave Gio a stolen wallet and explained the guy ripped off a woman selling ornaments and wanted to make sure she got paid. She then told a cop she found this wallet on the ground and disappeared. Cody and Sasha joined the Scorpio Family Christmas and Anna’s surprise finally arrived — and it was the girl from the plaza — Emma! She revealed that she was transferring to PCU, surprising everyone. She shut down any attempts to question her about what was really going on but of course, Anna got to the bottom of it quickly and learned that Emma had been expelled from Berkley. She insisted Emma stay with her and that her grades had better be good. Later, Emma ran into Josslyn at Bobbie’s and revealed she and Cam had stayed in touch and she introduced him to his new girlfriend.
Carly and Jack Grew Closer
Carly introduced Brennan to the family and assured Sonny she had her eyes wide open. When Jason arrived, he again warned her that Jack was using her but she reminded him she could make her own decisions. She was pleased to see Jack distracting Josslyn and when they were alone together, they had a very close moment but didn’t act on their feelings. Jason assured Michael that Drew was the problem and he should fight for what he wants, whether that be Willow or the kids. Josslyn enlisted Jason’s help in finding out who killed Dex, then asked Brennan if the WSB had satellite footage of the stabbing. He claimed they didn’t but then later privately called to get access to it.
Michael and Willow Prepared for War
Lucas blasted Willow for tearing apart Wiley’s family and after he left, Nina and Drew both warned Willow to go on the offensive if she wanted to keep custody of the children. Drew comforted Willow as Ava went to reassure Lucas. When Sasha revealed her plan to move away for a fresh start with the baby, Maxie urged her not to run away from her family. Michael met with Diane and hired her to represent him if Willow filed for divorce. She promised to make visitation arrangements and warned him not to keep any secrets from her. He then called Sasha asking to speak.
Around Port Charles
Brook Lynn got Chase a pregnancy test for Christmas but when it again came back negative, they both agreed to get tested and see if there’s a problem. Alexis asked Ric to help her decorate the house and when Molly arrived she thanked them for the best gift she could have gotten this year. After spending Christmas with Kristina and helping brighten her day some, Sonny experienced chest pains. Ava apologized for not being able to give Trina a better bonus than a painting from the gallery but she couldn’t afford it. Trina then helped Kai avoid an event with his coach, teammates, and football fans. Martin told Alexis that Ace had been named the new Cassadine heir and she was trustee of the estate. Laura worried about Ace inheriting the Cassadine curse, but they weren’t allowed to just give the money away to charity. Signing the papers, Alexis was surprised to learn that the Cassadines took Wyndemere away from Ava.
