Danielle Busby was seen visiting a therapist in one of the June episodes aired in 2024. The mom of six explained that it’s hard for her to manage her mental health as a 40-year-old mom. So, when the therapist asked her to put her oxygen mask on, she questioned how to do it. Here, the oxygen mask is to put yourself first before helping out anyone else.

Danielle says she doesn’t like doing things for herself first. The reality star explained she went for a therapy session to be mentally and physically fit for her family. On the last season of OutDaughtered, she and her husband, Adam, juggled their competing responsibilities. While they had demanding jobs, they faced more challenges due to their girls’ ever-increasing list of extracurricular activities.

Danielle Busby finally had the medical breakthrough she had been waiting for over the years. Along with Adam, she was featured in Episode 19 of their podcast, More Than Reality, to discuss her health struggles. Earlier, the OutDaughtered star informed the audience that she had been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS), causing her to have gut problems.

However, Danielle now has made fans know that she has progressed a lot in health. Her autoimmune disease has almost been alleviated since she consumed multiple medications to curb a few of her symptoms. But she didn’t stop there as she chose to cure her fibromyalgia alongside other sets of health issues.

Danielle is receiving treatments from a naturopathic doctor and is seeing great results. She explained that the doctor conducted new bloodwork to understand what was wrong with her system. The TLC personality found out that her body lacked essential minerals and vitamins. She noted that all of this happened after she gave birth to her quints.
